Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have tried everything, Therapy, Meds, Psychward, new Relationships/Friendships, activating myself, everything. And nothing works. Nothing

I feel that way, but it's not fair for me to say that whatever I'm feeling is true, because I haven't really tried everything in order to say for sure that nothing helps.

yes, the feelings have just always come back at the end of the day. the only changes came from myself and nobody else's influence.

Unfortunately, the situation worsens as the years go by, even after taking medication or undergoing various therapies. I admit I haven't really seen many psychotherapists or psychiatrists; however, I've realized that my distress is existential. It won't be resolved from the outside but from within—meaning I would need to change my perspective and "erase" from my mind whatever it is that makes me feel this way.

For instance, there was a time when never having had a girlfriend made me want to commit suicide; nowadays, though, I'm indifferent to it. I feel it would be hard for a partner to be by my side—watching me suffer, not knowing what to do—and eventually, they would get tired of me. That said, I suppose having a partner would bring me some satisfaction: knowing I matter to someone, the sex, the kisses, the hugs, perhaps experiencing new things and traveling, and feeling motivated by the fact that this person makes me feel good. But deep down, it's a fantasy, and in the end, fantasies remain just that.

Yes. I'm going through treatment right now and sometimes have hope. In this current moment though, if I had a gun I would shoot myself. I just don't see how anything ends besides suicide. I'm simply using this half year as a way to be able to tell myself "I tried" so I can psyche myself up for it and to prove to everyone that I did try and that there truly was no other option.
