I don't foresee myself getting any antiemetics, but I have SN and with my mental state getting worse and potentially having time when I'll end up alone long enough, I can see myself taking it. Not that I can commit to anything since I'm dumb and unreliable.
I'll have ibuprofen for pain and get an OTC antacid within the next few days. I have 100g SN so would either split up as 25g x4 or 33g~ x3. If alone I can fast more than necessary (from Thursday-Sunday on any given week).
Any thoughts/advice about such a setup? I'm dumb so honestly I'm hoping to substitute quantity for quality of method. In the end reliability is better and I'm anxious all the time and thus feeling queasy/nauseous even without ingesting a known poison.
Also if anyone is kind enough to answer are there many documented cases of people taking less meds than mentioned in Stan's guide? Specifically without antiemetics.
Would there be any interest/value in trying to document my experience with SN should I take it? I really respect those who have but don't know if I'm capable and it might just end up as a burden.
Any comments and thoughts would be much appreciated. I know I write too much and I apologize for that. Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read.
