They also joke about people dying and humiliate elderly patients who are so lonely that they want to talk to them for a few minutes. They feel extremely important because of their position, which is even more dangerous when some of them know deep down they never grew up and do not deserve any respect.
Like my sister who is telling my husband it is a great idea to kill me.

That's sick!

So the reason they said that you weren't in the right mindset for therapy is they ask you some pretty tough questions based on childhood truama (such as rape, bullying, abandonment) among other things, if you are currently suicidal or emotionally unstable then these questions can make memories reappear that you try to repress and tip you over the edge. The only thing they can offer you is techniques such as mindfullness and medication to stablelise your mood before they can work through the therapy which involves talking about traumatic events. They aren't just fobbing you off.
They did just fob me off.
They didn't explain it the way you did, and surely if they were going to offer me therapy once I was more stable, they should of said?
They discharged me from the mental services even when they knew I still had a plan and the means to do it.

Every indivial case is different, and they probably just give generic responses because going into detail about everycase would take too long. Have you considered rigning them to ask them about the specific reason why they refused to see you at that time?
Each team deal with indiviual issues and have different responsibilities and it isn't their responsbility; it is the responsbility of the crisis team and your GP. Therapy takes a long time and is hard work and it isn't really appropriate to do amongst the middle of a mental health crisis which is why they rejected you.
Don't feel fobbed off, they probably just felt like the service they offer wasn't approiate for you in your current crisis.

Under a safeguarding adults Assessment I'm a listed now as vulnerable adult who can't defend himself against abuse from family members that live with me. It took them 3 years to to get them to see me as victim and start a investigation. After finding out I own the house i live in recently, they told to I had to look after myself and there's nothing they could. They lied and pissed me off several times on purpose. They told my abusers private and confidential information that which got me into more trouble at home. If I had a job I'd sue them straight away. Your allowed to criticise the nhs if it doesn't meet your need. Your allowed to voice your opinion especially when staff have been rude or neglectful in roles. It's best to have back up option instead of relying solely on nhs mental health. In my opinion I regret going to them for help and I'll never go back I don't care even if I get a better social worker the original team still suck. No measure have been made to keep me safe or prevent further abuse I've only gotten excuses of covid19 and more demand on the system due to covid19.

Yes I have, just been told that over and over again.
I have been in contact with the crisis team a few years ago, and according to them, which I believe, it is the responsibility of the local mental health team to look after patients.
And the crisis teams are only there for short term use, as in a couple of weeks max.
And considering that the local mental health team is actually there to look after the needs of mental health patients, I will absolutely have to disagree with the fact that you are saying that mental health patients are not the responsibility of the mental health team, which I am very sorry to say, makes no sense.
I am not trying to be rude or start an argument, I am going off my own experience, what I've been told, and the fact that the mental health team is for the use of mental health patients.
Though I will completely agree with you that therapy is not the best thing to do in a crisis as it can make things so much worse.
And that you are right in the fact that they will not be able to give every case details.

You're absolutely correct here, the crisis team can only provide short term treatment and has to pass you over to your local mental health team once they feel able to move you on to longer term treatment.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of the time, local mental health teams either don't respond to this pass over at all and leave you without any care, or reject you from their care as quickly as possible.

I don't see the problem people have with critisizing the NHS. Almost everyone will tell you that NHS mental health services are terrible. In fact, they're rated as one of the worst in the developed world. (All NHS healthcare is very near the bottom, but the mental health part is much, much worse.) It's payed for by taxes, and it's costing lives. We're allowed to be angry.
