Do you think suicide is "selfish"?

not at all. frankly i think it's stupid that they accuse us of being selfish when in reality they are the ones who are selfish for demanding we stay here even though we are suffering.

No I do not think its selfish, even if its going to hurt the people who loved you. Some pain is just unbearable, will continue and never improve. I once had my Mother tell me, that if I go through with cbt then she would too. The ultimate guilt trip and pure selfishness

No, I don't. My boyfriend says it's the most selfish thing one can do, but there's nothing more selfish than forcing somebody who doesn't want to live, to live just because you love them.

I think it could be selfish, but it depends. Like, let's say you are a parent, and you decided to have children. They are now your responsibility so if you CTB after making that major decision, that's selfish I would say. I think there are things we should take responsibility for in life especially if it's something we caused or we chose. I guess that's what I'm trying to say.
