Discussion Do you remember the exact date(s) That you tried to CTB?

If so, how do you feel on anniversaries of them?

I remember the dates of my two stupid CTB attempts. Tomorrow is the two year anniversary of the first . It was incredibly stupid and I was in no danger of dying lol.

But I just tend to get really weird around those dates and ruminate a lot. They are more difficult days and last year when it was the first anniversary of my second attempt where I wound up in patient, that was actually the day I finally joined Sasu.

To be fair, maybe I just have some sort of obsession with dates. I tend to remember peoples birthdays. I remember certain things that hold significance (usually have to think about it to remember the year though)

Anyway, if you're the type that remembers, how do you handle it?

I have tried so many times and I don't remember the dates but I remember the instances. Suicide ideation started at a very young age I guess 5 y/o and that was my first attempt....and I still wonder why the fuCq am I still alive I really want to die so badly but I don't have the guts to take my life in a horrible way...I am looking for a way that will make me die in my sleep..
