i think it's the less water the better because it's less to drink down.
I think it's 50-100ml.

As said above, the less water the less nasty, salty stuff you have to chug. 25 grams SN in 50mL water is recommended. As far as which one first, it does not really matter, but as a rule of thumb, you should always add your solids to a liquid, so pour the water first, and then add the measured SN.
