Discussion Do you know anyone that has suicided over the COVID-19 pandemic?

I know two people who have killed themselves over this pandemic and I don't know anyone that has suicided before. One is my neighbour. I remember back in July an ambulance coming at the house opposite mine and taking what looked like a body. Apparently the husband killed himself and the wife had to move out cause both of them lost their jobs.


There's also someone in my class before the lockdown who overdosed but others believe it was intentional because he was about to get kicked out by his parents for losing his job.


This virus really has taken a toll on people.

I've know 8 people closely who have committed suicide, none during this pandemic luckily. I do worry about a couple people though, my best friend is in a tight spot in life and with alcohol. My step father isn't doing to hot either....
times were hard enough before all of this, I wish you all the best.

Not personally so sorry if my response is unnecessary. But I do believe people are in great suffering and the media is covering it up, keeping us feeling alone so there's no revolt against the cabals agendas.

The evil scum love our suffering which is why we aren't seeing suicide kits or anything, all we're told is existence is horrific yet our minds too mashed and played with that we worry if death is real or none existence is too good to be true.

I only know of one personally, a guy I went to school with. he ctb'd early on in the pandemic. it's definitely taken its toll on so many peoples' mental health.

Hi, I agree media is covering stuff up, I've read articles recently saying suicide rates are not increasing though also stating drug ods are increasing. I think the pandemic is taking a huge toll that's yet to be truly revealed by mainstream media. I live in the US & like every week there's a new mass shooting

I sorta feel like I'm going to die bc of this pandemic. I had no intention of CTB in 2019--in fact, I was the happiest I had been in my adult life. If this pandemic hadn't happened I feel like I could have had another 20-30 good years (maybe I'd have to eventually CTB but not for a while). COVID has more casualties than just people who died directly from the virus.
