Do you have a word, any word that just makes you feel really uncomfortable and triggers something horrible inside of you? A word that makes you want to cry or hurt yourself?

There are some names that make me legitimately want to ctb when I hear them. Traumatic events tied to them. I even stopped playing one of my fav video games because one of the names comes up in the game a lot.

A specific pet name. It's really common and I don't even like thinking or typing it because it gives me heart palpitations. It was what my abusers called me for years and I have got blacklisted on almost every site that lets you black list words. I have a ton of dumb little triggers like that that I became desensitised to but I can't shake this one for some reason

OH MAN I DO.
I worked at goodwill for a few years, and their radio station plays announcements. This is the phrase that triggers me.
"Every. Day."
The voice actor slows down a lot while saying it, and for whatever reason it's the most terrifying sound to me lmao. Sometimes stuff like this catches on me, somebody slows down their voice or adjusts to just the right cadence and I'm just terrified. Illogically, but terrified.

whenever i get anxious thoughts i get heart palpitations. once i had that strange pain in my chest for an entire day. I understand how you feel completely.

Because that has only been told to me after I did something someone liked or after I was yelled at, insulted, manipulated, etc.
