2 to 3 months max. I just cope by finding distractions all day. But at night when I'm tired and alone, the thoughts and anticipation of how that day is going to play out is on a constant loop.

No, i love them but i don't rewatch them constantly.

I am addicted to anime in general, whether seasonal anime or finished anime, but these are the best anime for me.

I haven't put a definite time limit as such. However, when life just starts to get too much I will try to be more decisive. I recently wrote a post about how meds are stabilizing me (just about). I sometimes feel that they are delaying my final bus journey from this earthly realm. It's such a good question though. Some people are better with time limits than others, I guess.
