Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Great recs - King's crossing is my favourite Elliott Smith song. 'A fond farewell' would also be a good choice here.
Fond Farewell is one of my favorite songs of all time. I view it more of as a song saying goodbye to his old self although definitely could also be about suicide.
You are probably right. I'm not good at working out the real meaning of lyrics. I mentioned this to my brother when I was younger, and he said look at 'nothingman' by Pearl Jam, it's easy to decipher. I read the line 'one day she stiffened, took the other side' and decided it was about his partner dying!
