Discussion Do you ever feel you're going mad to the point of no return?

I do and also feel like a lot of mental anguish with constant negative and realistic thoughts and a pain in my chest that sometimes I think it's my soul screaming for help asking to end it all once and for all.

Might be anxiety. I felt like I was losing my intelligence and sanity until I got on meds

I hope I go mad and die quickly, I can't tolerate this reality much longer

I don't think that I am getting mad. I am just finally realizing the extent of my misery and hopelessness.
