Do you care how your body looks after you die?

I plan to kill myself by train (decap) and, among other things, people's concerns seem to lie heavily in that you sort of end up.. a mangled mess.

It's not for everyone I guess. For me, it's one of the more intriguing parts of the method.

Do you care how your body looks? Would you be upset if it was blue, torn apart, sickly looking? Do you want to look like you're sleeping, or like you've been mauled?

No. As long as I'm gone, I do not care. Then again, I don't have anyone who will find me other than people I don't know. If I was still living with my family, I would just go somewhere I wouldn't be found because there are kids. And it's kind of shitty to shoot yourself in someone else's house.

I do, being trans, I'd like to ensure whoever finds my body find's a "beautiful girl's body" as I've put it before.

I have a weird fantasy of creating a sort of "scene" but it isn't very realistic that I'd actually be able to do everything involved to make that happen, basically I'd want it to look like an image of dreamed of before.

I don't really care because in my opinion most dead bodies aren't going to look pleasant anyways lol.. But I don't want to be completely mangled to the point of being hard to recognize like some people have mentioned, which is part of why I'm going for hanging myself though albeit still not the prettiest. Not particularly. Nobody ever looked at a dead person and said "they looked really nice when they were dead" - no, people are going to be upset and horrified anyway, so for me at least, it doesn't matter. The method I have in mind isn't one where I'd look particularly good at the end.

Not at all. Throw me to the wolves for all I care. A dead body will always be somewhat aesthetically repugnant anyways due to the context of it and our flesh will all rot one day as well. Beauty is only valuable to me so much as I can use it and when I am dead that function is lost and excessive.

Sort of? Though, considering my ideal method would be a firearm to minimize my chances of suffering, the likelihood of it being a pretty sight would be unlikely. The only method where I wouldn't look catastrophic would be SN, and it feels like that's an impossibility to find, even more so to store it until I'm ready because idk when that will be.

Yes, I want my body to look as presentable as possible, and also not be mangled to avoid giving others who see it a hard time. In general I always stress about how I'm perceived physically, and that same stress has extended to how my dead body will be perceived/viewed. I plan to touch up the purple dyed bits of my hair before I go, and have lately been whitening and trying to brush my teeth more, along with wash my face often, all in an effort to feel better about how my body will be perceived by all involved. I wish I didn't care so much, but I do.

Lmao I genuinely can't believe many people's first thought at the prospect of a train suicide is delays. You get one bad day where you might be late to work, that persons family will grieve forever.
