Help Do we really need 600 mg diazepam for SN ctb?

I was reading the guide and it mentions crushing 20x30 mg diazepam tablets into dust and mixing them with water and this seems like a huge amount to me even getting hold of such amounts would require me to hoard boxes for 4 months (since my doctor only prescribes me once a month 30x5 mg) so I was thinking isn't this dosage too big it could cause vomiting and interfere with the SN? Should I go with a lower dose of I don't have time to wait for more or should I take as much as listed if I want minimal suffering and maximum success in the method?

ok i see. get this. you're gonna wanna hear this... (it might be interesting to everyone here)
i was going on a plane trip some years ago and i'm scared to fly, so i asked my doctor for two benzos.
i forgot what name, i think i just asked for xanax.
i was expecting her to give me a one time prescription, but instead she pulled out two single pills from her desk and gave me them.
i ate one on the plane, it didn't do a goddamn thing whatsoever... ZERO.

and i have never in my life tried benzos before, so i know for a fact that a full one would at least have given me SOME kinda noticable effect.
but it was like i ate air.

i'm sure she gave me some bullshit, she probably keeps "empty" pills (so to speak) around for whenever someone requests pills, but she doesn't wanna give real pills.

or maybe i'm just not a human? because how the fuck did that FULL PILL do absolutely nothing?

I'm pretty sure that's oxazepam not diazepam. Most diazepam tablet do not come in 30 mg form
