Discussion Do SN method requires privacy when trying to CTB?

I want to know if I try to CTB, does it requires total privacy so that no rescue can be done in night? I live with my mother, father and brother.

If you start vomiting you can cause a noise that will wake up the household members. There have been reported failed CTB attempts for this reason.

Maybe gasping for air, falling off the bed, etc. I wouldn't risk doing it in a place with other people tbh.

If you have the money to book a hotel for like 1-2 nights I highly recommend it. There's always a chance that someone will want to be a "hero".

Being discovered while trying to ctb, is a prime cause of failure. Detection and discovery have ruined many a peaceful, and some not so peaceful departure attempts.

I have read of cases of people falling out of bed or walkng around crashing into things and making a lot of noise. In many cases people become peaceful in under 30 minutes and in others things like this happen- maybe a variable is the potency of the sn or how much of the protocol they do- the various medications people take with this. If someone does hear you and check on you your skin will be blue and they will call 911.
