Do I need to discontinue medicine for CTB with SN or propanol?

I might do it this Sunday most likely.
I am on medication duloxetine 120 mg, desvenlafaxine 100mg, quetiapine 25mg and pramipexole.25 mg. All taken after dinner . Do I need to discontinue the medication?
