i have 65mg of diazepam and a load of zopiclone sleepers . if u take this and a load of vodka can it stop your breath and kill you, or do you have to do this and drowning.

Chance of sucess or failure? and what if i fail, how bad would i be fucked up

No. Benzo overdose, even with alcohol, isn't reliable as a method. You'll most likely end up in the hospital having your stomach pumped, then, depending on where you live, in the psych ward.
