Do any of you know about reality shifting?

It's something that went wildly popular during 2020 on tiktok and it's trend is still somewhat alive albeit not as popular anymore. It gave you the promise that whatever you want in life is possible. Scripting they called it. Write down how you want this world to be like, how do you want to be like, how do you want to look like, what type of people do you want to be with, etc etc. being stuck in a sort of miserable position in life I bought into it. Can't exactly say I regret as it was pretty fun because it gave me hope and pretty cool friends which I'm no longer in touch with sadly. However can't exactly say that shifting was real. It's highly unlikely As I and many other shifters never really made it.

What are your thoughts on it?

I always found the idea of reality shifting to be a bit unrealistic and crazy… I had a friend who told me her wild stories of her and some attack on titan guy. Probably what people sane

I've read a bit about it and it's basically lucid dreaming, which IS real and possible, just somewhat tricky to pull off. I myself had a lucid dream once, and it was a very surreal experience to say the least.

If you actually want to do it, you need to read some psychology articles about lucid dreaming, what it is, how it works, etc. It's a very interesting topic.
