I love animals and want a new pet (my previous one died), but there's no point if I'm not going to hang around.
I am in the ale exact boat. I have 2 dogs and they are my lifeI've been pretty suicidal for a while now, if I didn't have a rabbit I'd probably off myself already. But I just can't leave him alone, I feel like that would be the worst thing I've ever done in my life ( I've done some shitty things) if I left him alone. He's really attached to me and hates my mom even tho he knows her since the beginning (he knows her for the same amount of time as me) and I know my parents would neglect him and not take care of him, hell- I wouldn't leave out the option that they would just throw him on the street and let some dog kill him. I cannot bare that. But I'm also so suicidal and it's just so hard...
That sounds absolutely amazing!! Like a miniature zoo.I have a load of pets. 4 cats, 7 Tarantulas, 4 Snakes, 1 Millipede, 8 Hissing Cockroaches, 2 Scorpions and I love them all. They are one of the reasons I'm holding on...... Barely.
Thank you yes they are amazing animals. I like the more Prehistoric animals. Try are all sweet natured creatures. That sounds absolutely amazing!! Like a miniature zoo.
I grew up on a farm as well, a 250 acre dairy/arable farm, l wish I was still there so much! I have a staffie called Maximus who is 9yrs old and means everything to me:-)Grew up on a farm and had a lot of different pets. But mainly dogs(Springer spaniels and Labradors). Nothing smells better than when a pup licks your face.

Soulless Angel, when l was 12yrs old l had a pet cow called Butty, because she had 2 horns on her head and would gently butt me on the leg when she wanted a hug or extra cow cake in her trough! She was so sweet natured that when her milk dried up instead of being sent to the slaughter house my dad let me keep her in the orchard for her retirement years(5) and when she passed l dug a 15ft by 15ft hole in the orchard with a McConnell Digger and buried her and put a home made headstone at the head of her grave! My whole family loved Butty the cow and cried when she left us for the great pasture in the sky? However having a pet cow is kind of expensive!I want a pet cow!
We lost one of ours. The pain is intolerable. Enjoy every moment with them.I have 2 cats. They're never fail to make me laugh, especially when they do dumb stuff like getting stuck on our trash can.
They bring me more comfort than the family ever has.. Adopting them furballs was the best decision I've made, but sometimes I do regret it since I know I'll have to leave them.
