Dmc taking 25 days to deliver

I ordered December 18th, the package arrived in Latvia the 23rd and there are no updates since then... what do I do? Is it normal? Does it make sense to tell this to dmc?

I live in Italy, help!

I had this happen to me as well, the package in question has been in transit for exactly 63 days now. I had to reorder, and thankfully the 2nd package showed up.
This kinda thing happens, it isn't really the seller's fault

That's reassuring to hear! Problems can happen in the delivery process, but it sounds like persistence pays off.
