Dmc Question

Hello! I ordered my DMC last night around 1 am my time and the payment went through, the seller said it would ship shortly and thay the tracking number would be emailed to me. It still hasn't yet, how long did it take for some of you guys for it to ship out? I know I sound impatient, but I'm just really antsy and anxious, thanks for any help!

I ordered yesterday and have not gotten tracking yet. I am not freaking out.... yet ;) In my experience with them though, they are very kind and easy to work with. Very responsive. So I would just suggest that you reach out to them and get some clarification if it will help settle your mind a bit.

Hello, from my experience when I placed the order, it was shipped the same day, consider that my order was placed on a weekday ( Monday ) rather of a weekend may have contributed to the fast shipping experience. Time zone difference and shipping delays may play a part too. Hope this helps : )

As well as checking your email, have you tried looking at the track orders bit on their website? From memory (sorry...) I think it was standard stuff of entering email address, an auto generated email is sent & you login through that.... I had a very anxious wait & I watched it like a hawk through every available avenue, I was a wreck. The product was fine, I was not. Best of luck.

Hello, I am still waiting for them to send me the link for payment (I choose visa/mastercard) does anyone know how long it takes for them to send it? Also I'm getting a bit skeptical… can pls someone who ordered from there confirm they received it? The site overall looks sketchy, the sn is the only item that has like a different photo and says NaNo2 in big letters, none of the other items has that. It's like the site knows people want to ctb with that and is making profit out of it… also how is it possible that the shipping price appears before you out your address?? Shouldn't it be different according from where you want to ship it to?
