DMC problem with orders, alternatives to buy SN in EU?

Hi everyone. I ordered 2 times from DMC, but the first time, despite arriving close to my country, the package somehow ended up back in Ukraine. This second time the package is not even seen as tracked. I bought it 2 days ago, it says it can take up to 3 days, but I'm starting to get worried. I'm getting more tired of this life as days pass by. Suffering is impossible to bear. Could someone help me to understand if I'm being scammed and the DMC I'm ordering from is not the real one? Has any of this happened to you? Do you know any alternative and trusted ways to get SN? Please, help me out, I'm tired of all this...

I had to pay twice, he said he was gonna send me another one together with the first. Did I get scammed?

DMC is not a scammer. Tracking takes a few days sometimes to appear. It is slow to update. If you send me the link I can tell you if it's legit DMC site.

Can I ask how you paid for your packages? Payment seems to be a problem now.

It should usually show up in a couple of days. If you haven't got it yet have you contacted them? They are very responsive through e-mail and WhatsApp.
