DMC order lost

My SN order from DMC arrived into my country, but then UkrPoshta's tracking system ended up showing it back in Ukraine the next day. DMC suggested me to do a second order, to receive both packages.
Should I be worried? What will happen to the lost package? Thanks to everyone that may be able to answer.

Hm was it rejected in your country for some reason? DMC obviously cannot control anything once he ships it. So sorry that happened and you are dealing with that.

Maybe give it another day just in case it updates again and tries to get rereouted back to you? Not too sure. Maybe it got routed back on accident and in a day or two it'll realize it needs to go to you or something. If it made it to your country I have no clue what would have happened they would send it back there...

But I am sure if you talk to DMC they will know the best thing to do and do whatever they can to help you out in some way.

Someone else posted about them changing their payment options recently. I think they removed PayPal as an option.
