Help Dmc delivery time

I ordered SN from DMC about a month ago now, and have been tracking my package the entire time. I got express shipping so I expected the two or so weeks delivery I've seen from other people, but after arriving in customs in the US on the 22nd, the expected delivery date has just gone up repeatedly. It started around 14 days, but basically every day its gone up instead of down to where its at 26 days now. I do live in a pretty big city, and in the US, but I'd planned to CTB some time this year and thats starting to look impossible. Should I be concerned about it arriving at all, or is there something I can do? Would the package tracking site tell me if it was held in customs or if there was something I could do about it? Is it just the holidays messing with shipping times or do I need to start looking into alternatives If it won't arrive all together? I'm starting to get increasingly paranoid and anxious to the point where I'm checking the site multiple times an hour, so If anyone has similar experiences or any knowledge about DMC delivery in the US, any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

since it's in motion reaching out to dmc wouldn't do much, just adding. sometimes it takes a while. i'm in the US. does it say it's at customs or through it? keep in mind it's december and the mail is majorly fucky right now. dmc knows whats up and marks things correctly for it to pass customs so hopefully that isn't an issue.

It says its arrived in customs in the US. Hoepfully you're right, at least I'm getting consistent updates from the website on delivery time so its not frozen or gone. You're definitely about the holidays too, so it might not extend to far past chirstmas once so many packages stop being delivered.

Mine is leaving Ukraine today, took about a couple weeks since ordering. Hoping it doesn't take too long now and that it gets through customs without issue

I'm proud to be the biggest hater of DMC, this guy knows exactly what SN is needed for and hides it behind a webshop, plus his prices are overpriced which makes me even more upset and you always have to give him a reason why you want the SN. What I just can't understand

So I followed the hints and found SN but not the location where to order from. Everything that pop'd up was either a travel site or just more images of SN and I dont know how to read Ukrain or Rus. Also was using my mobile device not my pc as im cautious.

Any help would be great pls just need to correct site or stronger hints on "Y" where to go. Several hints pop'd up even DMC but when clicked its just photos of SN and the sites leading to SN are in either Uk or Rus and I dont understand either
