Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Last night I woke up and I had a bad dizziness. It happens sometimes when I move from a lying to a sitting position. Fortunately I have my meds in each room. So I took 2 pills of acetylleucine and it went better after that. I also took 2,5mg valium to calm me down.

I was thinking about dizziness with SN method. Could acetylleucine help ? In this case I should take more than 2 pills because after taking them, i must wait for some minutes to be effective.

Does anyone else take acetylleucine for dizziness and plans to take it for SN method ? It really sucks when you see everything spinning around you.
