Hi. I only experience periods where I wake up feeling depressed and disappointed in myself
From 2014 to 2018,all of 2020, Due to personal problems, depression, social isolation, and harassment
and from 2025 to the present Due to depression and loneliness.
It's a feeling of emptiness and anger wiping away the tears and getting back up.
