All love but idk how many people here, regardless of the many disabled people here, will have the answer.

By too late I'm assuming ur referring to a situation which prevented you from working, and now you have returned although are still suffering from injury.

That being said I don't really get what you mean by saying "too late" so I'm just kinda taking a shot in the dark.

Depends on the country. I'd assume you'd have some type of mental disorder which in some countries you can get a disablity payment if you can show you're not able to work.

It might be a while to actually get on it, I'm not really familiar with other countries system on it.

When I was really suffering from chronic pain and made several attempts to ctb I tried to get a small mobility allowance, I could barely walk, couldn't make myself a healthy meal, couldn't leave the house unaided. I needed to score 8pts to get the lower amount and 12pts to get the higher, after months of waiting, forms and assessments they gave me 0pts and said I was fully capable, I was like, does somebody just need to kill themselves before they will give you anything, no wonder suicide rates are so high
