Help Desperate

Hi everyone,

I want to ctb , I am so sick of waiting and trying to help myself get better when nothing is actually improving. I'm not a entirely sure how I want to do it but the easiest way I can think of is OD but all I have is paracetamol, voltaren and my anti depressants (escitalopram). Will this take me over or will it just put me in hospital making me look even more stupid..? I'm fucking desperate.
