Help desperate dumb method

i have like 200 or more pills from my psychiatrist that i have been collecting, it contains olanzapine, setraline and more, i can add the amount if i want. but most of them is probably expired right now, can i still succeed or will i fail with kidney failure? im sorry if this question is so dumb, i genuinely cant take it anymore, i cant even cry right now, i can't buy sn since i dont have the money. no one cares except my bestfriend, and he's far away right now. i need to escape asap its so painfull, mentally and physically, my stomach hurts so much, i can't eat without being in pain, i can't drink without needing to throw up, i can't walk without my limbs aching. i dont know what's wrong w me

First and foremost im so sorry life has been such a hell for you im sending you virtual hugs

Obviously overdoses are not effective but u know that and the thread is already posted. If u still want to attempt using all those medication wich i dont recommend check LD50 for every medication u have. Mixing medication is a huge gamble i dont think anyone ever did such a mix up so no luck finding any information on that. U will most likely fail so i dont once again recommend it, the chance of you succeding such a thing will be probably a miracle and it will be as painful as u can imagine
