Yes, I'm back
I'm not even sure if I have written anything after trying to ctb... But as you can see I just failed. I wasn't able to drink que SN stuff and now I'm hauted by the voices in my head saying that I should have died that day. Last nigth I had such vivid dream where I was having a figth with someone and I just screamed " I SHOULD JUST DIE" and the pain was enough to wake me up crying.
Well, I've stopped therapy for not having time no more and it's so obvious how my sister fears that I migth just try ctb again
I'm gonna try again
My plan was to do it by the end of the year, if I'm unable I'm gonna try in february and this time I wont tell anyone and just isolate myself before doing it
