I've started to find myself getting depressed on random days. Maybe theres a small thing that triggers this, but I'm not sure. Some days I'll feel depressed and hopeless, and others I will be completely fine. I'm guessing this started to trigger from pass mental health issues and the stress from college, but it sometimes seems that one day I'm depressed, and then the next day I'm not. This isn't uncommon for me, but the rate at which it occurs has increased, Before I could say it would happen once out of 2 weeks? (I'm not entirely sure) But now I feel I get "depression days" 2-3 times a week. Another thing I've noticed is that when these days happen, I hate being around a ton of people and I don't like them looking at me, so much so that when I enter a crowded dining hall I want to eat really fast and leave right away. I was on the elevator earlier and I couldn't stand the Idea of the person across from me staring at me. I just wanted to point this out and type down my thoughts.
