she has abused me for as long as I can remember
she has mentally and emotionally destroyed me
she has made me hate myself
my self-hatred is unbearable
my nightmares and depression are killing me
I cant get no sleep

Sorry to hear you are struggling and suffering. I guess I am lucky to have good mother, good friends and siblings as well.

It's terrible how parents pass on their trauma. My dad did a number on me too, still does. The constant belittling, the praise when I fulfilled his wishes, the scolding when I showed individuality, those things destroyed my self-esteem and prevented me from learning meaningful social skills.

I hope you could free yourself from your demon. I'm still working on it.
