OCD have gotten worse

some time ago I learned that my mother is dying,
she is 87 years old and has breast cancer,
I moved far away from my family a long time ago
and hardly have any contact with them,
my mother abused me and completely destroyed me,
I despise her,
all of this really weighs on my soul

So sorry. I can understand why that would be hard to process. Especially if you have to deal with feelings and expectations of any others.
