Deleted my suicide note

[MAKE IT STOP!]

I had an unfinished suicide note in Google Docs from 2024. I just deleted it. I even went into the trash after deleting it and made sure it would be deleted permanently. No backups of it were kept. None of that bullshit.

It was going to contain a lot of colorful language directed towards everyone who's ever abused me, but I feel like living would make them suffer even more. They'd have to live with the fact they can never get rid of me.

That's amazing, I'm so glad you were able to make that step :) it takes a lot of guts to delete a suicide note and leave it in the past for good. Fuck your abusers. I hope you living makes them suffer. I can imagine watching them die will be a breath of fresh air too whenever that happens. You're doing such hard things and doing them so well. I hope you are able to be proud of yourself for this accomplishment <3

Caused by abusers? Then it is great decision! Be here to see how they suffer and see them dying. I am not afraid to say it like this and there is not anything bad in to be pleased when they die.
If legaly and ethically possible, make their suffering even worse.
Envy, for example, works perfectly. Let them envy you. Something they can't have, even if they wanted to, or something they never had.
Tried and tested.
