I feel extremely sorry for you. My personal life is also a living hell but at least I can kill myself.
Are you not able to kill yourself? Are you disabled that bad? Or perhaps in a facility where they won't let you? I also have severe brain damage. I messaged you for what it's worth. You're not alone I'm going to kill myself before I can't, I'm getting worse. I have to do it before someone institutionalizes me or I can't work it out how to do it anymore. I pray for all of us

Brain damage is absolute hell
