I am in a huge financial debt with no hopes of repayment. Even if I will use everything which I will earn in next 20 years debt cannt be repaid. People who I owe money are asking for it and everything is dark. I feel like dying everyday. There is no hope and I am scared for my family

Every passing minute it feels like a burden and I am tired of putting a happy face. It feels, outside my home everyone is out there to hurt me and me being with my family is hurting both them and me.

Death seems to be an only way out.

I genuinely think capitalism has fucked humans more than it's helped (and it has helped, don't get me wrong.)

We already produce more than enough resources for the global population a few times over. So why does our day to day lives seem to revolve around resource scarcity\insecurity and debt?

I suspect our species didn't deal with so much mental anguish before the agricultural revolution. Of course, we dealt with immediate survival threats, so life was more dangerous. I still suspect we were happier.

Financial problems, (even severe ones) have solutions. Bankruptcy, debt consolidation, payment plans, legal protections exist! Debt doesn't follow families after death in most places - it's settled from the estate?

There is no one from whom I can seek financial advice or any helpline.

Mg family is amazing but i am a burden on them. One death( mine ) will solve lots of problems and I know over a period of time no one will miss me ( its the truth in most of the cases).

Mg family is amazing but i am a burden on them. One death( mine ) will solve lots of problems and I know over a period of time no one will miss me ( its the truth in most of the cases).

Have you talked to them about it? I don't think your family would want to live without you. What if you're mistaken in your beliefs and you dying would devastate them? Because I think it would.

And the system is so screwed up it fucks the weak and brings them to a point where life looses its meaning. Also people who haven't hurted anyone in their life and walked on a straight path are the ones who are screwed first.

People only love you till the point you are of help to them. When you loose your relevance, you are left alone.

If anyone can help me, does inhaling helium causes pain and suffering or is it more of a painless way to end life. Will drinking alcohol help in this case. (I haven't consumed alcohol in 37 years of my life).

Unfortunately there is no easy way to go. I tried argon and it didn't work, it was impossible, alcohol wouldn't have helped. I tried 3 different canisters and each time it was no different to just putting a bag over my head.

I'm in a similar situation though I have no idea the complexities of yours. I have educational loans both public and private. My educational journey got derailed in medical school because I was the victim of crimes. I have roughly 200k USD in debt. Despite applying to 100s if not 1000s of jobs I can't get anything to even begin thinking about repaying. The crimes took my career and seemingly my future too. Not only is the amount preposterous with no ROI my chosen career stolen but I can't even get a job to make overtures towards it. Unlike you I don't have a family to be scared for. The point is I understand your situation.

Id say being completely devoid of opportunities especially if you are down in life = death. Basically can you improve or you stuck in stasis which is really a decline.
