I've noticed that death comes to those who don't want it. People who don't want to die will die before people that actually want to die. It's unfair how hard it is to actually commit suicide. People who are suicidal struggle with dying while people who are not suicidal will die unfairly or unexpectedly by someone or something else. It always happens. Your body and mind won't let you kill yourself. That's why it's hard for people who are suicidal to die. People who aren't suicidal don't wake up and expect to get shot and killed by someone else. People who want to die shouldn't expect to die because you're going to end up disappointed.

Don't know which type of bias it is but bc we only see the ones that die and it's so rare that it makes the news when it happens

It is really, really fucking hard to die unfortunately. It doesn't happen often. Unfortunately our fucking bodies were made very tough and we do everything we can to prevent them from feeling harm.

But it does it happens multiple times every day. Everywhere. There were just some firefighters set up and shot. People die in car accidents every day. I would bet most didn't want to die. I wish I could trade them the years I have left for their unintentional death.

No sure but out of the 400 million people in America it's very few. None of them want to die. I think based off Canada's numbers if 4.7% maid, roughly like 10% do. Which is quite a high number.

10% of this place wants out. Probably higher in worse places.

Absolutely fucked that people get placed here

Well I don't know if they want to die or not. But I know I read about people daily in the news who die. I assume most don't want to but really who knows? I know when Dr. Kevorkian was in business he had a long ass waiting list. Lol

I don't believe there is any connection between desire and fact. It is just a human feeling. Something we have learned over the years from various external sources. Much of what we think we are is artificially constructed from quite common existential models. We have the illusion that we are unique because our thoughts are not accessible to others. But it is an illusion. Life is just a biological process that is completely indifferent. It is like a machine that works without ceasing and we, like any other living thing, are of no importance. Our brain creates, fantasizes, romanticizes, etc. Nothing more.

I always see in the news that people are killed in accidents/disease/murder etc. mostly those who want to live (I know I don't know this for sure but it seems like it) and someone like me who wants to die is still alive. I wish I could trade places with them.

I understand and it's just so cruel and dreadful to me how it's so difficult to be free from this torturous existence I always saw as a mistake, all I want is to never suffer ever again, non-existence is all I could wish for and I always suffer so much from being trapped in this existence, I see so much cruelty in how we exist in this horrific anti-suicide world with the suffering of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what.

Yeah, this was something that I've noticed too, whenever people want to check out (CTB) they are unable to most of the time due to failing the method, interference by others, and/or other circumstances. Meanwhile, people who don't want to die (most of the people outside of SaSu, your average person in the world) sometimes die due to things outside of their control, be it freak accidents, health issues, and/or just random tragedies. More oftenly than not, there are times where when someone who is loved by others, the bereaved ones will say "he/she was a good person.", "(Said person) was taken from this world too soon...", or any similar statements.

Ultimately, the universe if indifferent and it is a cruel existence and the only thing we may have control over is our death, assuming we are able to have the right knowledge, means, and finally the execution to see to the end. Nothing is really guaranteed, but the best we can do is to increase the odds of getting what we want through knowledge and preparation.

There are also plenty of cases of suicidal people unexpectedly dying. It's just that you don't know about them because it's not like every death is reported on the news, along with a description as to whether or not the person who died was suicidal. You are focusing on all the people who are suicidal and alive while not taking into consideration the fact that people who are suicidal and have died (whether it be by their own hands or because of some sort of unexpected event) aren't around, so of course it's going to make it seem like death doesn't come around to those who desire it, even when that is not always the case. In reality, death is not an entity, it's just an irreversible biological phenomenon in which all vital bodily activities cease. Death doesn't pick and choose who its next victim is, it just happens.

I think about this a lot. Those of us who attempt and something intervenes, even more than once. Makes it very hard to believe it's a coincidence. So many people with children that just want to see them grow up and are given death sentences. I would trade places in a heartbeat. And then others, like myself who have cheated death 3 times.
