Yes I always tell people that cows can kill you (I'm such a joy to be around) as people just expect them to be cartoon animals or something and walk up to them in the fields. There was a case exactly like this a couple of months ago as well.

I went on Google to search for "killer cow" memes, but they all paled in comparison to this. This is an Australian steer named Knickers, who stands 6' 4" (just shy of 2 meters) at the shoulder. Apparently all Holstein steers would get to be about this size if they were allowed to mature, which they generally aren't.

So yeah. If the lady Holsteins won't do you in, go find some male calves, steal their balls, and wait four years. That should do ya.

Bulls are the ones that are really dangerous. Sincerely a country girl. I've been charged at by a massive Bull before. I literally had to climb over a fence to get away from him. The females can charge at you too, I've had female Freesian charge at me before. When I was around 12 years old on a walk with my family.

Yes it's insane... being chased and then possibly trampled and gored by a Bull, I couldn't take part in that. If I saw a Bull running at me in the street, i would poo my pants.

Cows are big, that's the other thing that annoys me about people and cows, they see them in the fields a way of and then are always surprised close up that the cute little thing is a big live animal with a mind of its own.

The bulls used for those sorts of things are physically hurt in order to cause aggression. They're prodded, hit, and have their tails twisted.
