Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi,
I've been dealing with unreasonable amount of guilt since childhood, about anything really. It's the worst feeling for me, it causes me so much anxiety...
How do you deal with guilt?

panic medication worked for me. Avoiding sugar + getting enough sleep + mild socialization helped too, I guess.

meds made me feel significantly less physically "frozen" by guilt, which led to me thinking about it less, which lead to me spending less time feeling like I care. It's easier for me to face people and do things for them, which fills my life with more than just ruminations. Preoccupying myself didn't work well, but it was better than staring at the wall.

I'd love to keep tabs on this thread, thanks for making it. Good luck
