How similar is this DDMP2 to N?Thanks! I've learned from a usenet used did some research when trying to improvise something similar.
@DetachedDreamer97 I read that amitriptyline is used in the cocktail also. Morphine, digoxin, valium and amitriptyline. Thanks! I've learned from a usenet used did some research when trying to improvise something similar.
Good question, but it's said to be similarly peaceful. How similar is this DDMP2 to N?

I read that too. Can't quite tell the difference however...How similar is this DDMP2 to N?

What is it's method of action? How does it work? Does the person go to sleep and then the other drugs stop the heart? How long does it take?Good question, but it's said to be similarly peaceful.

Pretty much. Morphine and Valium knocks you out and eases pain, as well as stopping diarrhea caused by digoxin. Digoxin and propranolol stops the heart. What is it's method of action? How does it work? Does the person go to sleep and then the other drugs stop the heart? How long does it take?
Naturally, it is true. But I don't think it would apply to DDMP. That said, I managed to make a similar cocktail inspired by DDMP and it was small enough to fit in a 15 ml dropper bottle. The more and bigger this cocktail is, the more chance you'll have to vomit and even if you survive it there's a big chance you destroy your liver and/or kidneys. It just is too unreliable.
The only cocktail I would risk is a barbiturate like seconal with an antiemeticum. And even that isn't a 100 % certainty.
Would you be asleep when your heart stopped and not be feeling any of this pain? It must work well because the right to die states use this drug combo. It's all they have access to now.Pretty much. Amitriptyline is part of the cocktail too though...Pretty much. Morphine and Valium knocks you out and eases pain, as well as stopping diarrhea caused by digoxin. Digoxin and propranolol stops the heart.

It'll be effective in terms of lethality, but it might not be as peaceful. But using the combination is better than taking thr cardiac glycosides alone. And the most important agent is scopolamine. This should be enough to prevent the nausea, vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea from occurring, and a potentiator, being that in low doses, it exacerbates bradycardia. The other agents act as potentiators of both the cardiac glycoside of your choosing and scopolamine and all will have an interaction with scopolamine in producing twilight sleep, which means you won't be aware of the pain. Check this out.But do you know how effective it would be?
They do substitute it with propranolol.Amitriptyline is part of the cocktail too though...
Why can't the exact compounding formula be used that the right to die states use?Pretty much, yeah.

Of course, since the combination has never been tried, I can't be certain.
They do substitute it with propranolol.
The exact compounding formula of the nyan? Simple... at the time, I was broke and was unable to work on my other method. So, I decided to work on a bootleg. Why can't the exact compounding formula be used that the right to die states use?
The newest formula is DDMAPh adds fentanyl. The exact compounding formula of the nyan? Simple... at the time, I was broke and was unable to work on my other method. So, I decided to work on a bootleg.
What is a Nyan? I'm talking about the same drugs that the right to die states use for their patients in the USA Amitriptyline, Morphine, Digoxin, valium. The 4 drug cocktail. The exact compounding formula of the nyan? Simple... at the time, I was broke and was unable to work on my other method. So, I decided to work on a bootleg.
I've not heard of them using Fentynl. The newest formula is DDMAPh adds fentanyl.
Nyan is my discreet name for cerberin cocktail, as cerbera odollam is called "Nyan" in southeast asia. What is a Nyan? I'm talking about the same drugs that the right to die states use for their patients in the USA Amitriptyline, Morphine, Digoxin, valium. The 4 drug cocktail.

Where did you get that information, that they are replacing morphine with Fentynl? Why can't people just make it with the same ingredients? The Morphine, Valium, amitriptyline and digoxin?Nyan is my discreet name for cerberin cocktail, as cerbera odollam is called "Nyan" in southeast asia.
Oh, I see... I was a little confused. Regarding fentanyl, I believe they might've found fentanyl to be more efficient than morphine. For one, it takes less to be as effective as morphine. As to why they're how it is is because they're updating it based on efficiency.
I've heard about it from here at some point. But yeah, this is an upgrade from the original formulation.Where did you get that information, that they are replacing morphine with Fentynl? Why can't people just make it with the same ingredients? The Morphine, Valium, amitriptyline and digoxin?
Interesting... at the same time however, intravenous administration of digoxin is going to cause a more violent vomiting. Which in this case, scopolamine is going to be more of an absolute must. As digoxin acts centerally as an emetic due to the direct activation of the emetic centre. While you don't have to worry about failing, vomiting and all that other stuff is going to be unpleasant.I asked healthcare professionals about IV digoxin. They said that a 5mg fast bolus would cause sudden cardiac arrest. The induction dose administered to the patients is 0.5 mg (in 10-20 minutes). Seems like a good route for CTB but finding IV digoxin is not easy.
The latest I've read they added it.What is a Nyan? I'm talking about the same drugs that the right to die states use for their patients in the USA Amitriptyline, Morphine, Digoxin, valium. The 4 drug cocktail.

Sorry I was mistaken it's indeed phenobarbital, got confused. While it certainly could have been added, I haven't seen anything official with fentanyl added. There have been only 6 cases reported of DDMA-Ph (phenobarbital added to DDMA) and several hundred of DDMA.
While fun to discuss, worrying about adding tons of other medications to a list of medications that almost no one can assemble on their own is somewhat pointless.
Here is the latest official publication from the state of Oregon.
@DetachedDreamer97: Have you ever thought about what this cocktail would show via postmortum? I have gathered materials, but would like it to seem as natural as possible. Stomach contents would likely give me away as a suicide rather than a natural death, correct?Interesting... at the same time however, intravenous administration of digoxin is going to cause a more violent vomiting. Since it's unlikely you're talking about cerberin, I'd say it'd show. Cerberin is undetectable in the west and requires a specific method in detecting it. Otherwise, it'd be assumed to be a heart attack. If course, the overdose of morphine and other agents would likely give it away.@DetachedDreamer97: Have you ever thought about what this cocktail would show via postmortum? Well people vomit a lot with SN, no method is nice.Interesting... at the same time however, intravenous administration of digoxin is going to cause a more violent vomiting. It's not just vomiting. It's a mix of that, watery diarrhea, and severe abdominal pain or colic, because it's cholinergic. Don't underestimate cardenolides.Well people vomit a lot with SN, no method is nice.
Why have they switched Amitriptilyne for propanolol in the newest cocktail? It's not just vomiting. It's a mix of that, watery diarrhea, and severe abdominal pain or colic, because it's cholinergic. Don't underestimate cardenolides.
Of course, you are right.
Hi! What is your country? May be worth a trip ahahIn my country prokinetics, propranolol and digoxin don't need a prescription. I think I'm starting a business soon lol
