The ddmaph protocol described in the peaceful pill handbook as one of the most reliable methods. It consists of digoxin, diazepam, morphine, amitriptyline, and phenobarbital.

I can source most of these easily, the only one that's a bit hard to get is morphine. Does anyone know if it can be replaced by a different opiods?

From a chemical point of view opioids are metabolized into morphine in the body but the process is ofc much slower than having morphine directly. It could be the case that the crucial amount of morphine isn't reached. I personally would stick to the protocol as researched in the PPeH.
