can anyone familiar with the current state of the dark web help me figure out a couple of questions?

1. i used localmonero to exchange my usd to xmr. which services can i use for this now?

2. the market i am using installed a pgp system which requires a cleopatra pgp code setup that got too annoying for me to deal with. which markets are easy access without these security features?

I'm sorry I have no answers for you, but I'm jumping in hoping to get some. I'm struggling with the whole Crypto thing. I've found what I need online, but have yet to set up a wallet, change cash to BC etc. So frustrating
