Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm thinking about coming off my meds after 10 years since I don't think they do anything for me anymore but I've heard terrible things about the withdrawl symptoms of this med. I take 60mg per day…does anyone have advice or experience coming off this med?
Reduce the dosage slowly over time. I definitely don't recommend going off this drug cold turkey. I was a long time Cymbalta user myself and made that very mistake. Ended up having brain zaps, vivid nightmares and constant sweating for 2 months.
I was on 120 for about 3 years. Recently switched to another one because it wasn't helping much. My psychiatrist had me open the capsules, dump the beads out, and throw away a small amount. Then put the remaining ones back in the capsule and close it again. I did that for about two weeks, then increased the amount of beads i threw out. Rinse and repeat. I still am tapering 2+ months later, but I'm down to about 1/10 the dose and have no side effects.
I hate cymbalta when I was on it. You have to detox slowly over time. One bead at a time. O: And once you're down to one bead, skip a day (Do every other day), and add more days in between. It's hard to withdraw from because of brain zaps, bad nightmares, night sweats, etc.
