I'm thankful that I have insurance again, but I'm upset about a choice I had to make. I had to pick between 2 HMOs, one that covers my mental health and one that covers my physical health. Unfortunately, this means I have to switch from having appointments with my psychiatrist every 6 weeks to every 3-4 months since I can't afford to see him more often.
I also have to take a break from therapy until I get approved for disability since I have no income after quitting my job last month. I predict that I'll spiral out of control… again.
