Hi all,
I made this zip file to compile a broad range of resources all related to compression self delivery. These methods all have the same fundamental mechanisms and thats to compress your neck. I compiled this as a farewell and a thank you to all that have helped me and gave insights into how to do this. This folder has literally everything you need.
Misconception 1:
The method is trash it doesn't work!
It's more difficult for some people but i'm sure if you keep experimenting and keep trying you'll find a comofortable exit
Misconception 2:
This method only works for old people!
No, as you see in the folder, people of all ages young and old they figured out the same method and died.

And no, this isn't a virus. These files are too big for virustotal but i assure you that it's all clean. If you're really paranoid about this kinda stuff, open and run in some kind of virtual machine environment.
