Crisis plan - It can be helpful to have a structured plan in place for times of crisis when deciding what to do can be overwhelming

4 Trauma Personality Types - An overview of the 4 main ways that trauma affects personality and their subsequent behaviours - possibly a useful starting point for self-understanding

Suicidal Thoughts Workbook - A workbook filled with CBT exercises and other tools to help identify sand manage suicidal thoughts


Setting Goals and Changing Habits

Addiction - Addictions can include substances like alcohol or behaviours like self harm or gaming or impulsive shopping

DBT Resources - DBT is commonly used for BPD patients and those struggling with emotional overhwhelm.
"The worksheets in the workbook are intended to be used as tools to complement the therapeutic approaches. They are designed to increase awareness of the relationship between emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations, and unhealthy urges and behaviors. The assignments provide steps to manage distress and overwhelming emotions in healthier ways. Sounds interesting, but dropbox won't let me look at anything without a google login, and I'm not about to tell google I read this site. Freaking google. So... maybe at some point I'll feel like working through the privacy issues, I guess.

Messed with this some more and it turns out you are right. It works as long as you don't set the Security Level to Safest in Tor, but nobody but me does that. Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.

Was very eye opening to read about 4 Trauma Personality Types. It makes me understand few things that happened in my life a little better now. Thanks for the post.

Yea pretty sure I am a fawn (people pleaser)
100% Freeze. I "go to pieces so fast, people get hit by the shrapnel." Not sure what I'm supposed to do with that information, though. And how did I get that way? "The most profoundly abandoned child"? Harsh.
