Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I may or may not have acquired 50ml of K at a concentration of 60mg per 1ml. I have a bodyweight of around 52kg and own 1ml syringes. Would this be sufficient to CTB with relative safety, at least if combined with alcohol? If so, at what amount?
It's much more unpleasant in comparison, but I wonder how DXM compares. I know in high doses it is a nightmarish trip, but I wonder in very high doses with alcohol mixed in if someone would just fade out. I genuinely don't know much about the LD50s about these or the reliability or safety. Curious...
@OP I hope you don't have to end up leaving us and find a way to exist, but if you choose to do so I hope it's peaceful for you.
A 50cc syringe is enormous for self-injection. It's going to be unwieldy and a high risk for missing or slipping while pushing down and causing injury to the vein or extravasation, especially if you've never IV'ed before. Practice with some saline and consider learning how to place a cannula and use it if you really want to go down this route. I think oral or rectal dosing would be safer and easier to achieve.

I've received it in liquid form, so my mind automatically went to injections since I similarly inject medication which is suspended in oil. My ketamine however is aqueous.
The prospect of an IV injection with a 50ml needle was so daunting I was putting it off until today, but the pain is just too bad to continue and I want to finish this as soon as I can.
As for rectal/vaginal, could I reasonably apply the liquid K or would it just run out? Can I use liquid K for rectal/oral/vaginal at all?
Yea you can. 50cc isn't an unreasonable volume for rectal use. You might want to practice with some water first to make sure you can hold it in. It's mentioned in quite a few threads, search for rectal or "boofing".

Thank you kindly for all your advice. I've researched it a bit and it seems all I need is a syringe without needle, for which some syringes with needles can qualify if you remove the needle correctly and a bit of exercising the method with water in the syringe. I have syringes, ketamine, and of course water, so I should be able to do it tonight. Might drink some alcohol too, which may make application more difficult, but then again it is quite simple.
I have figured out the technique to boof it. When standing, one must apply a sharp angle of the syringe diagonally upward, toward the rectum, and not apply any more pressure than by merely holding the syringe. Once you have located the rectum with the syringe, push the syringe as far as possible, without pushing the substance inside yet, just the whole syringe (you can use almost any syringe the needle of which you can remove, you don't need anything special) and then the light pressure on the button-thingie that pushes the substance will on its own inject the ket. All about minimal pressure and correct angling.
CTB shall commence shortly. Thank you all for your attention and advice.

I was released from hospital after two nights, though I still feel significantly "buzzed" or out of it, cognitively, from the K. My faculties all seem in order, but I feel lowkey tripping. Some people are aware of my suicidality now and I have some minimal scrutiny imposed on me.
Having only given a few subdermal injections to a dog but having some medical friends, I can't tell you exactly what it will feel like to enter the vessel which presents inside the forearm/elbow, but I can tell you that you draw back gently on the plunger to check if you're in a blood vessel or not. Injecting subdermal on a dog, I didn't want to see blood. You would want to see that blood enter the syringe before injection
