The side effects should go away in a day or two, depending on your body weight and the elimination half-life of the individual substances you consumed. Liver damage could have possibly occurred. Try to drink quite a lot of liquids, primarily water or even a smoothie. If you feel too nauseous, eat something bland (plain toast is criminally underrated). It is important to have at least something in your stomach. If the side effects are too painful to handle, try pushing yourself to sleep. Taking a painkiller will most likely worsen your current state due to the incompatible nature of NSAIDs and beta blockers (such as Propranolol). You could take a small dose of any benzodiazepine, though that might lower your blood pressure even more. Sleeping it out is your best option here. Once you wake up, you should feel better. Note that I am not a toxicologist, but I have experienced something similar to your situation.
I'm very glad that you're still with us :)
Edit: As @Julgran said, it is best to go to the hospital at this point.
