i'm currently in a sort of physc ward like facility where nurses do checks every half hour and i need to ctb obviously what i have access to is extremely limited. at first i was thinking of hanging myself with my bedsheets from the ceiling fan but i quickly realised how tall the ceiling is so that's out but while thinking of hanging i started wondering if i could just strangle myself with the bed sheets instead and if so what the best way to go about that would be? is it as simp as tie it as tight as possible and wait or is there more to it?
