Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Conjoined twins are two people connected to the same body, stuck together in some way. There are conjoined twins stuck to the skull, conjoined twins stuck to the pelvis, conjoined twins with only two heads but only one body...

But each brain, each head, etc., are totally independent, like a person in fact. So, there are indeed two people, two souls, two consciousnesses sharing all or part of a body, having common organs.

It is extremely difficult to have a romantic relationship, a professional life, passions, activities, etc., especially if the two people have different characters, different passions, etc.

I don't know if this has ever happened, seeing conjoined twins go to war, fight, argue...

But the extreme case is if a person wants CTB, request an Assisted Suicide, or euthanasia. What to do? If one person dies, the other dies too. Should we ban CTB, assisted suicide, and euthanasia in the case of conjoined twins? Which I do not want, because these people will be in prison to live by force, until nature decides otherwise, knowing that, myself, I could not bear to live with 2 biologically attached to a single body !

The best solution is to separate them when possible and as soon as possible! But it is not always possible, too complicated, too expensive... (in the case that it is too expensive, it is the cruelty of capitalism, in the case where it is medically impossible, it is the natural cruelty).

It would be a heatbreaking situation- certainly. I can't say I've heard of it where one desperately wants to suicide. As to their lives though and sex lives- that varies. Quite a famous pair were Chang and Eng Bunker in the 19th century. They fathered 21 children between them! Sounds a bit like they were competing to me! One fathered 10, the other, 11.

You'd imagine they'd have deep conversations all the time as to what each wanted to do. I guess- if they couldn't be separated, one would have to abadon their wishes or be murdered I guess. Depends on their character I suppose.
