This feels like a silly thing, but I've just been thinking about CTB a lot recently. How I'd like to do it, what I'll do before it, etc. It's been on my mind a lot the past couple of weeks especially, and the crows by my window have been going wild. Especially right now. They quiet down at night, but in the evening, it's so loud.

The fact that they're "thought to circle in large numbers above sites where animals or people are expected to soon die" is interesting considering this. I'm sure it's just a coincidence, but it's kinda funny to me. There's a murder of crows that seems to live just a few yards away from me in a cluster of trees, and they're always super noisy. It's a lot of crows. Like... very possibly a hundred or so. About a week ago I saw them all jumping out of the trees just to fly back again and making a huge racket... it makes me think.

Edit: The second I posted this they made even more noise. I'm not superstitious, but it's a hell of a weird coincidence.

I am an absolute atheist. I am not religious and I do not believe in any otherworldly entities, but I also saw this things in my childhood! When my grandfather died, a black bird was banging its beak on the window of our house. Then my grandmother died and it happened again! I was a child and my mother said that these birds it's souls of my grandfather and grandmother wanting to tell us something... No one else died in our house and this did not happen again. I remember it with such bewilderment. Fck, I'm such a militant atheist and I despise people who believe in something otherworldly, but I can't explain it))
Ha ha - I'm an open psychopath, maybe my mother was also a psychopath, but deceitful and hypocritical - the only explanation I can find is that she put a piece of bread or other food behind the window frame and the birds tried to pull it out and she just had fun scaring a small child) )) I remember it so vividly. So damn strange memory...

One of my first posts was about that but with dogs. We had this superstition about howling dogs being a sign of someone dying.

I probably should be afraid but I think its kinda sweet for these dogs to send you off when you're about to go.

I would antagonize them so they'd follow me around like a herd forever. If I jumped with an army of crows surrounding me, that would be so metal.
